Our factory is equipped with Injection Moulding Machines and all ancillary equipment and protocols needed to support the entire process, thus ensuring quicker development and delivery of our products.

Our Injection Moulding Machines are:
  • State-of-the-art, to ensure a high degree of consistency
  • Servo operated, to reduce energy consumption and cost and deliver higher accuracy
Our Toolroom is equipped with:
  • VMC machines to manufacture complete moulds from start to finish
  • CAD software to design and develop moulds and also new Ideas for customers. We create 3D videos and images for products to help customers understand products better and to also allow us to rapidly develop prototypes
  • CNC machines to manufacturing custom parts and carrying out repairs for moulds
  • Electronic Drill Machines for fine and specialised cutting as required for a product
Printing and Decoration

We have automated Screen Printing machines which allow us to have a higher output and also reduce the amount of Human interaction with the products

For metalising, we have the world’s leading machinery customised to our product which lets us create unique finishes and effects at the right price and quality.
